In all these cases, the player also loses when all three dice have the same number of points.
Other combinations in Sic bo are betting on specific triples (for instance, all three dice having 6 points), on any kind of triples, on specific doubles (for example, two of the dice having 6 points) or on any kind of doubles.
It is also possible to bet on whether at least one of the dice has a certain number of points (for example, any die has 1 point) or on a specific two-dice combination (like one of the dice has 2 points and the other has 5 points) or even a specific three-dice combination (for example, three-one-five), this variants giving the highest payout when winning, but having also the smallest chances of winning.
Another betting possibility is the "Four Number Combination", in which you can choose any four numbers between 1 and 6 (for instance 1, 2, 3 and 4). In this case, the player wins the game if all the number of points of the three dice are among the four numbers chosen by the player.
